Born on May 7th 2011 Weighed 8 pounds 11 Ounces and 21 1/2 inches long and a head full of hair!
So here is the story, I decide to be induced because my mom had her flight scheduled and I didn't want to chance not having him here when she got here, so we went in day early.
We arrived at the hospital at 7:30 a.m. I was put on pitocin the minute I got there and was on it all day...till about 4:30. My doctor had some emergency patients come in, So I was put on the back burner...not very fun.
He broke my water at 4:30, received an epidural about an hour later...then I could relax.
The Epidural was too good when it came time to push I couldn't feel anything, let alone pick up my fluid filled legs they were so heavy. Pushed with the nurses for a long time.
Then Dr. MCcracken comes in and tells us he is face up and that is probably why things aren't happening as fast. I was tired, pushed for a little bit longer and out comes Blake leaving me with only needing one stitch! I was thrilled!

Easter, Clifford and Final Days of Pregnancy!

Well we have enjoyed the last couple of weeks,
My girlfriends threw me a shower and I had a great time getting everyone's top three clean products, well I asked but I am sure they all thought I was crazy but I have a fetish lately on trying to find the best, quickest most effective way to clean. So we had fun and I got some great ideas to try.

I came home with a balloon that Alivia wouldn't put down anytime she saw it she wanted to hold it, not tied to her wrist...and then she would let go and want it. Finally it had to go. It was really cute at first though.

Then we attended an Easter Egg hunt that was alot of fun Alivia would occasionally take her eggs and put them in other peoples baskets it was really cute.

Easter morning Alivia received her Easter basket and she was thrilled with it...I put the candy back into our stash...she doesn't need alot at this age right? I have turned into one of those moms that don’t let her eat that crap...but I get to eat it.

Clifford- I was so excited to take her to see Clifford because I knew she wouldn't be scared, she was thrilled wouldn't let me take her back, you would think I was abusing her the way she was hanging on him. I just wish I could of taken pictures of the Easter Bunny at the mall, they charge $ 18.00 for one picture and I wasn't going to pay that much. But she was the same way with the Easter Bunny just thrilled.

I am due to have Blake next week, I am both excited and sad my just girl days with Alivia are coming to an end. Will post pictures of new baby next week!

Where does the time go?

Well, I have been horrible for keeping up on pictures, milestones, and keeping family and friends informed on what we have been doing.

Alivia is getting so big and saying more and more every day my favorite word right now is Thank you, it is too cute! She loves to go down slides by herself and loves loves her books, don't you love this picture below where she put her books all over my couch, I thought it was cute. :). She has been busy learning new things and loves her puppy Sawyer so much!

Blake is on his way due on May 7Th. I can't believe it. I am excited and feeling bad for Alivia already. I hope I can juggle two kids as well as other people can.
This pregnancy has gone pretty well, I can't complain. But I am feeling huge and swelling a lot more! He is bigger then Alivia, Maybe he will sleep wonderfully because he is :) I could only hope.

Our home will begin tomorrow so that will keep us busy along with our new family arrangements! We are excited and feel extremely blessed to have such good news going on. Blake will only have to sleep in the bathroom till the fall:) Poor guy at least it will be plenty dark and have a personal noise machine to help with the noise.

We will be building on this lot over the next few months, But what I was really excited about is the fact we don't have to move into an apartment the buyer is letting us rent back! What a huge blessing for us given I only have 9 weeks left!

Well, I have been horrible at taking pictures since Christmas, but I snagged this cute one of Alivia with her daddy on V-Day. Alivia is growing up so fast! Next week will be her first time in nursery at church and she is getting quiet the personality! She is such a joy in our lives!

Well we were on our way to Utah, the night we left Alivia had a fever and didn't sleep very good, took her to the doctor the next day as we pulled in to Utah and she had Strep! ugh, so mad and it was down hill from there. Although we enjoyed seeing everyone it was really hard going in and out of the doctors office and Alivia not being herself. Lots of prayers and priesthood blessings that week! We were glad to get home and feeling better!

But we were excited my dad and step mom were sealed while we were there. Thanks to my good friend Kristy, Stu and I were able to go.

I had my ultrasound on my birthday what a nice surprise! We were able to get a clear view on his gender but he wasn't letting us see his heart so we had to come back in 6 weeks to have another ultrasound. Though those pictures were alot better of our exciting news. They didn't give me a disc so this is the best I could do!

Heather comes to live with us!

Okay so this actually happened before Halloween, but Heather called me up asked if she could live with us, and I couldn't tell such a sweet girl no, she moved in that weekend. It was a good learning experience for us and Heather brought such a sweet spirit into our home. Heather is in the black, the cute girl on the left is Charly her friend.

I was spoiled to have Amber come stay with me for a week! We had a great time, taking care of Alivia, making a countdown calendar for Christmas and got a massage! It was really fun to have some one on one time with Amber!

We have had the opportunity to do alot of fun things lately..We finally took the camper out with some friends. I was nervous to take Alivia I didn't think she would sleep well. She did awesome...until I decide I wanted to snuggle her and went I got her out of her pack-in-play, stupid move on my part. oh well she went back to sleep after some time but she took up the whole bed because she likes to sleep kneeling down so it wasn't much cuddling. Then we woke up the next morning and went for a hike the kids did great! I was impressed my friend Jen carried Kayden on her back! There is no way I could do that with Alivia.

Memorial Day Weekend Stu's sister Alison and her adorable family came to visit. Marissa the youngest wanted to help take care of Alivia all weekend and it was fun to see her try. Alivia is almost as big as she is! While they were here the boys went fishing and the girls shopped! Everyone had a good time. Then we went to an indoor water park because the weather wasn't that great and over to our favorite restaurant Rib and Chop House it was a great weekend! On the way to Utah we went through Yellowstone Park, ate lunch and took a walk around some hot pots. WE had a Black Bear Cub cross the road in front of our vehicle, pretty exciting! Thanks Alison and Brodie for letting me follow you back to Utah!

Utah was great, always to short Alivia and I visited alot of family...but didn't get to see everyone. sorry :(
We went swimming, to parks, shopping, and out to eat and visited with family!

I got home just in time to put away a few things and get ready for Jd and Callie and their cute girls to come play. We had a great time with them. Events that took place were fishing, eating, shopping, and swimming and don't forget UNO! Stu actually played a card game. Alison and Brodie started the battle of Speed UNO and Stu liked it so much he decided we should share this exciting game with JD and Callie. It was great.

What a beautiful day it was, the weather was nice, Alivia slept in till 9!, and we had a nice dinner! Mom here is Alivia in her cute dress you made her, pictures can't do justice for how adorable it was on her. Thank you so much for making it for her.

Warm Weather is here....at least for today!

Alivia is almost eight months old, she can sit up, eat crackers. and drink from a sippy cup... while laying down. She is talking alot more and still flapping her arms while lying on her belly for a long time. She is starting to pivot to turn other directions. She is sleeping from 9 till 8:30. (But she is starting to have these moments at night that she crys until you come give her a binky weird huh?) She takes two, two hours naps which is great! And is still the greatest blessing we could ever ask for. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the good weather all around!

Our trip to Utah, Easter and more!

Well Stu had to go to California for business so he drove me down to Utah to be with family. We had alot of fun and as always our trips are to short. Thanks everyone for dropping what you were doing to come say Hi or just letting us visit you!
We started off at Norm and Diane's (Stu's parents) and Alivia was spoiled with this cute little bunny that hops and sings 'here comes peter cotton tail' she loves it, she starts flopping her arms and gets these huge grins. That night Diane took me to see my cute Nieces new baby Gage at like Eleven,I had to see the new addition before he gets to big.
Then off to Brock and Lacey we went were I stayed the rest the week, Alivia was sick when I brought her down with just a little cough and runny nose, well by the end of the week she wasn't sleeping very well had a Runny, congested nose that I never could get her completely cleared out...on top of all that Jocelyn had me convinced to get her ears pierced...and I did! And I have to say I am glad she did because she looks so cute! We had a barbecue at Dads house, shopped, ate, relaxed, played monopoly and bugged Brock for more Salsa!! Alot of late night parties, being spoiled by everyone around, and one quick visit to see mom which spoiled Alivia with the cutest Easter bows and dress...I will post pictures for ya mom. Anyway I think that pretty much sums up what we did while Stu was gone! Minus a few details any way thanks for the love and the good times spent with all that we could get to see, and I apologize for those we didn't get out to see and plans that we bailed on because of Alivia getting sick. I wish I would of taken more pictures, I really wanted a picture of Amber in her Sleepers!

Kelsie lived with us for awhile and decided it was time to go back to Utah so my dad and Diane met us in Yellowstone to take her back to Utah, I am happy we did that because it was fun to see family and mad it a little easier to see Kelsie go at the hotel instead of at home. I am really happy she decided to come live with us for a while it was a really good experience.

Alivia's Six Months Old!

I took Alivia to get pictures taken for her six month and here are some of my favorites:

She is now 17 lbs. 16 oz, in the 75%. Her length was 26.5 inches, in the 90% and her head size was 16.9 inches, in the 75%. She is at the age that she doesn't forget the painful shots as quickly and you can't give them Tylenol before the shots anymore they have found it makes them less effective. :(

Alivia will be six months in two weeks, time flies. I am happy she has been so healthy and happy so far, but it makes me sad she is is getting so big. She can't even fit into he six months clothing anymore and I planned on her being in 9 month clothing in the summer. So she will have watermelons on her clothing and it isn't even Easter! Hahaha oh well what do you do? She is such a joy in our lives and I am grateful she is getting a dose of her Aunt Kelsie while she is living with us.

Alivia is learning how to roll and whenever I put her next to Sawyer she pulls on his fur, it is so cute how much she loves her Sawyer dog in fact she laughed for the first time chasing Sawyer around the house! It was so cute.

An Update on Alivia and Thanksgiving

Well She is officially three months old! We are having so much fun with her and feel extremely blessed to have her in our lives. She is getting so big she loves to arch her neck to look the other way and loves tummy time! I was able to get a little giggle out of her but shes not quiet ready to giggle all the time.

THANKSGIVING....ON OUR OWN.
So we hosted our first Thanksgiving dinner, We had friends over that are from Utah also and have a baby boy on the way so they were staying home for Thanksgiving too. The turkey actually turned out it was 21 pounds and I was nervous to cook something so big and I actually probably never would have if Dr. Murdock(we clean his dental practice) didn't give us one so I appreciate the Turkey and the experience of cooking it. (it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be just awkward.)

Kelsie(my little sister) is living with us and this is her first time really being away from home. She has been alot of fun and help we love having her around.

Our Trip to Utah for Alivia's Blessing and Amber's Wedding

Stu and I both had a good time visiting Utah, I was grateful for the opportunity to spend a couple weeks with family while Stu went back to Montana to Hunt.....and work :). Amber's wedding was beautiful and I am so happy for her and couldn't be any more thrilled to have Travis in our family, he treats Amber so good and brings out her bright and fun personality. I enjoy getting together with everyone and it was really nice to have such a supportive family attend and be apart of such a special day for Alivia. I will update this more when I have more pictures!!!

You would think that he would at least change out of his work clothes...but there was only time to throw on the camo shirt and go after them before the big snow storm hit. It's hard to describe how touching it is to see how much Alivia means to her extended family. It means alot to both Stu and I. We look forward to coming down and introducing her to all those she hasn't met yet.

It was fun to get to have Stu's parents up to visit. We were able to go out to eat and for a walk. We even got to go to the Billings Parade of Homes! We had a good time relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Thanks for coming Norm and Diane and for bringing some food storage for us!

We owe Stu's parents alot on this one, I have been begging Stu to get us one of these because next spring I want to do more camping and hiking and with a baby and Sawyer a tent just wasn't going to cut it. So we had been watching KSL for one to come through that was priced just right, and when we did Stu's parents got down there within a couple hours, changed the tires and then the following week met Stu in West Yellowstone so he didn't have to drive clear to Utsh!!! What awesome parents Stu has to be willing to do all that for us. We are extremely grateful, and appreciate their help! And this weeked we got to enjoy it! We really had a good time and can't wait to do more of it.

It was fun to get to have company, I have missed being able to go to Utah alot more in the summer, but the doctor said quiet early in my pregnancy that I was done traveling, so it was nice these guys were willing to come see us when I can't do a whole lot. We did get to do some fun things: going out to eat, the water park, movies, games and just hanging out with eachoher. Rylee was so cute and it was fun to see how much she has changed!! Thanks Joc for making Salsa, I made another batch after you left :) I can't stop eating it!!!! (35 weeks pregnant)

Stu and I have a tradition to go to the rodeo in Red Lodge, MT and watch the fireworks from our church in billings, we did just that. I was hesitant to let Stu bring our big tube to wath the fireworks because it was just us, but there ended up being plenty of room. This was Sawyer's first experience watching fireworks and boy was he scared. He spent the entire time under our blanket shaking.

What an event! I decided to have a surprise party for Stu, and with the help of some friends, (Chelsea and Jake thanks guys) We pulled it off. Well kinda...they got back from fishing a little early, so up went the decorations then down so Stu could come in and out of the house...as Jake tries to think of ways to distract and get him out of the house. The party didn't start until 6:30 and right as Stu came home the last time people were coming from all directions...all trying to distract him. We had Turkey, Mashed potatoes, salad, rolls, jello and Cheesecake! We had a great time. The kids kept Sawyer pretty entertained. Thanks for those that came and helped bring food and for the fun time we had!

Stu and I went to Utah to be with our families, but it didn't last long for Stu. He has been an avid hunter ever since we moved to Montana to start our lives, and hunting is an important aspect... an accomplishment (overcoming a fear as a child) for Stu. In this process he has had the opportunity to get together with friends and family and spend quality time with them doing what he loves. So Stu and his Twin Brother Steveo headed back to Montana leaving Lindsay (Steveo's girlfriend) and I to fend for ourselves on Thanksgiving. Lindsay spent time with her family and I mine. I had a great time!

Girl's Night out

On our last night we slept at my mom's house and we had a good time eating pizza and watching Prison Break. My mom was so sweet and stayed up way later than we should have, we had my Niece Alexa's baby blessing at nine a.m. It was worth the loss of sleep to get to spend extra time with my mom and little sister.

Our Craft Show

Well, this was the beginning of a very long day. All week we had been listening the forecast and it wasn't looking good, but Downtown was persistent that the fair would still go on. So, we spent the night before loading and getting everything ready for the Harvest Fest. Check in time was at 6:00 a.m. and we received a phone call at 5:00 a.m. saying it had been cancelled, because it had snowed! We were all really disappointed, so we went to breakfast. At breakfast we decided to jump in on a Craft show going on at a small mall. . .We spent the entire day sitting with the Elderly. But we had alot of good laughs and enjoyed each others company.

Well here is an update. I have been busy at work because Nichole, is getting ready to have her baby, so we have been training Ashley Jones to sterilize and assist on simple procedures. I started a new job Dental Assisting on the days I don't work for Kevin. Dr. Murdock is fresh out of Dental School so it is fun to let him know the best ways to do things. Amber has also got me selling Wild Tree food products (which I love!) so I do that at nights. Then to top it off I am still in the Young Women's Presidency so I am busy Wednesday nights. And I can't forget craft night with my girls! with the Harvest Fest coming up, we have been busy making things to sell at it.
Stu has been busy being Stu. He drew an elk tag so he will be hunting alot this fall. He also tries to get a fishing moment when he can. And when he has any excuse to be out doors he would. He also is trying to pick up the slack at home since I don't work part-time. We will see how it goes :)

I came home from a friends house to let Sawyer out to go to the bathroom, then returned to the party. Stu and I came home an hour later thorugh the garage, opened the front door and this was staring him in the eye! It had SIX rattles!

Well this weekend Dad, Diane, Amber and Jake came up to see us. We installed my lighting down stairs they look great! (Thanks you guys) We celebrated Jake's 14th birthday, went shooting and fished the Big Horn. We had a wonderful time and it was very hard to see them go.
